Feastables Fudge

INGREDIENTS

140g evaporated milk
170g butter
3 cups sugar
6 x 60g Feastables chocolate bars
1 jar Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp vanilla essence

METHOD

Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. 

Cook for 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 112°C, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. 

Add chocolate and marshmallow fluff, then stir until melted. Add vanilla and mix well.

Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy!
