Reese's Pieces Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 pack Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
- 2 Tbsp butter, margarine or spread, softened
- 1 egg
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Stir the cookie mix, butter and egg in a medium bowl until a dough forms.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 5cm apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. The mix makes 8 large or 11–13 regular cookies.
- Bake regular cookies for 11–13 minutes, or large cookies for 17–19 minutes, until the edges are light golden brown.
- Cool for 1 minute before removing from the sheet. Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
